In a typical diet, B6 can be found in potatoes, poultry, fortified grains and cereals, salmon and avocados. However, many plant sources contain a less bioavailable form of B6 - pyridoxine glucoside. This form may be more difficult to absorb and utilize than the forms found in meat, fish, poultry or certain supplements.
